✅ Return Eligibility (EXCHANGE ONLY):

• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is a problem.

• The product must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, uncolored, uncut, with the original ties and packaging intact.

• Products that have been altered in any way (including combing, brushing, or applying heat) are not eligible for exchange.

• Exchanges will only be issued for the same product or store credit — no refunds.

📦 Return Shipping:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Quality Guarantee

We thoroughly inspect each order before shipping. If you receive the wrong length or texture or your hair arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and your order number at info@thewiglineup.com within 72 hours. We will gladly resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit if your request meets our policy.
