• The product must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, uncolored, uncut, with the original ties and packaging intact.

• Products that have been altered in any way (including combing, brushing, or applying heat) are not eligible for exchange.

• Exchanges will only be issued for the same product or store credit — no refunds.

If you receive the wrong length or texture or your hair arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and your order number at info@thewiglineup.com within 72 hours. We will gladly resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit if your request meets our policy.
